The Moa died out because of hunting lets try not to exterminate any more species.

This ancient order contains the world’s largest birds and contained the largest ever living bird.  The Moa only disappeared from New Zealand a few years before White settlers arrived. There are now only three families included and ten species.  A group of record breakers the ostrich is the largest living bird and lays the largest egg and the kiwi lays the largest egg in relationship to its body weight. The Cassowry is said to be the worlds most dangerous bird.
