Pelagic, Nesting on sub Antarctic grassland, sea cliffs. Altitude up to 300 m. Breeds:- Chile, Falkland Islands, French Southern Territories, Heard Island and McDonald Islands (to Australia) New Zealand, South Georgia Island & the South Sandwich Islands. When not breeding, circumpolar in Southern Hemisphere, roughly ,below the tropics and above the Antarctic. Habitat-Altitude-Range
I egg incubated by both parents, 68 to 71 days. fledging in 120 to 130 days. They breed annually Clutch
Fish, squid, crustaceans, carrion, and fishery discards. Food  
Monogamous. They will steal food from other species Habits
